LONDON-- Public relations and advertising company Porta Communications PLC (PTCM.LN) Monday said its agency Publicasity has won a pitch to represent the supermarket Tesco PLC's (TSCO.LN) fashion label in the U.K. and Central Europe.

Porta didn't disclose financial details.
