Quadnetics Group: Introduces Four New Divisions

Quadnetics Group Plc (QDG.LN), a CCTV and networked video
systems company, announced Tuesday the introduction of four new
customer-facing divisions in a company reorganisation.
MAIN FACTS:
* Mobile Systems - bus, rail, haulage, emergency services
* Industrial Systems - oil, gas, marine, heavy industry
* Network Systems; and - banking, gaming, high security,
* Integration and Managed Services - government, retail
-These divisions will be supported by a strong central focus on
strategic development and sales and marketing, led by Russ
Singleton as Strategic Development Director.
-To ensure that Quadnetics develops new leading edge products
which have a sustainable market advantage with broad application in
the chosen market sectors.
-Central management of these key Group-wide activities will
ensure that Quadnetics maximises the return on its product and
marketing investment and that the new divisions grow as quickly and
profitably as possible.
-Quadnetics' senior management team has been strengthened by the
recruitment of Graham Jones, as Divisional Managing Director of
Mobile Systems.
-Jones joins the Group from a large global security group where
he was most recently Managing Director of their U.K.
operations.
-Paul Moonan has been appointed Divisional Managing Director of
Network Systems and Integration & Managed Services.
-Moonan joins from G4S Group where he was Group Managing
Director of G4S Security Services Limited (GFS.LN).
