                 Successful completion of contract negotiations

Redknee (AIM: RKN), a leading provider of innovative infrastructure software
that monetizes and personalizes services and content for mobile operators, is
pleased to announce that the two contract negations that were not completed by
financial year ended 30 September 2007 (as announced on 3 October 2007) have now
been successfully concluded and that additional business has been contracted
with the third customer.

These contracts with two Tier 1 mobile operators and continued business with the
third reflect that the demand for Redknee's products and services continues to
grow
