Tender Offer update

The Board of Rensburg Aim VCT plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that 7,539,920 shares have been tendered under the tender offer and that it is the directors' current expectation that, subject to calculation of the final tender price, all tenders will be met in full (providing the tender offer receives shareholder approval at the General Meeting to be held at 11:00 a.m. on 27 November 2015).

Details of the tender offer were included in a circular issued on 27 October 2015 which is available on the Company's website www.rensburgaimvct.co.uk

Confirmation of both the tender price and the basis on which tenders have been accepted will be announced early next week.
