I think they are frustrated. They expected to muster more volume by now…. But their story sucks and the pump has been bush league. Not a recipe for volume… going down creates more volume than up still. Jmho

This is a messy deal and it is not for certain that they moved all of the nearly 2.3 billion shares that they issued in October and November
