CONFIRMATION OF EARLY REDEMPTION OF RETAIL BONDS
St. Modwen confirms the redemption today of its GBP80.0m 6.25
per cent fixed rate Bonds due 2019 (XS0841076465), ahead of their
final maturity in 2019 and in line with the calculation announced
on 28 November 2018 and the redemption notice of 29 October
2018.
Following the redemption of the Bonds, the listing of the Bonds
on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and the
admission of the Bonds to trading on the Main Market of the London
Stock Exchange plc will be cancelled.
