                      Resignation of Non Executive Director


The Board of TradingSports Exchange Systems plc ("TradingSports" or the
"Company") today announces that Mark Banwell will step down from the Board with
immediate effect.

Andrew Tottenham, the Company's Chairman, commented:

"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Mark for his contribution to
TradingSports, particularly over the past few months in helping the Company with
regards to the re-organisation of the business.

Mark Banwell commented:

"I believe that the consolidation of the business in Glasgow combined with the
strengthening of the senior management and the development of the new strategic
plan have been key in preparing the business to be able to support sustained
growth to become the premier provider of exchange systems. I wish the Board and
Management every success in the future."
