Responsibilities
The Company was notified of the purchase of
ordinary shares of the Company of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") by and on behalf of
John Smith, an Independent Non-Executive Director, in a number of
transactions including purchases of Ordinary Shares pursuant to a
dividend reinvestment programme. The table below sets out further
information on these transactions which, in aggregate, amount to
the net purchase of an interest in 55,349.65632 Ordinary
Shares.
