INVESTMENT UPDATE

The Board of Triple Point VCT 2011 is pleased to announce that the new Venture Share class (known as The Venture Fund) has completed its fourth investment. The investment was made into Adepto, an innovative HR Software-as-a-Service business, as part of its GBP2 million venture funding round.

Adepto supplies a leading 'total talent' platform that businesses use to manage their internal and external workforces. The platform also provides businesses with insight into the skills of their workforces, enabling agile and flexible deployment of staff around the world. Current clients include AECOM, Atos, BAE Systems and Capita.

The investment is in line with the Company's investment criteria and risk and returns profile.
