Dealing by Director

The Company has today received notice from Lord Timothy Razzall, the Chairman of the Company, that he sold 14,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.32 pence per share on 2 November 2015 (the "Sale") in order to meet some personal obligations. Following the Sale, Lord Razzall now holds 62,965,986 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 4.33% of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares.
