paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules, Martin Towers,
Non-executive Chairman of Tyman plc, has been appointed a
Non-executive Director of Restore plc with effect from 1 September
2017.
In accordance with paragraphs 9.6.11-13 of the Listing Rules
