Appointment of Michael Dent

Utilitywise, a leading independent utility cost management consultancy is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Dent to the new role of Sales and Marketing Director. Mr Dent, who takes up his position in December of this year, will also join the PLC Board.

Michael joins from Total Gas & Power where he has worked since 2003, most recently as Director, Sales and Marketing. In this role he has been responsible for annual sales revenue of over GBP2 billion, with significant margin improvement, managing a team of circa 100 people. In particular he oversaw substantial growth in sales to SME's. In his previous role as Head of Strategic Sales he helped develop Total Gas & Power as a key supplier to the UK Government. Prior to this Michael spent six years with Northern Electric and Gas plc, which became part of RWE Npower.

Michael Anthony Dent, aged 38, has no further information to be disclosed under schedule 2 (g) of the AIM rules.
