The Company has become aware that as of 29 December 2005 AXA S.A. has a
notifiable interest of 7,213,333 ordinary shares (7.87%) in the issued share
capital of the Company. The notification is due to an decrease in the interest
of AXA S.A. from 10.07% arising from the issue of new ordinary shares in the
Company.
