29 December 2017, the Trustee informed the Company of an award of Free Shares under the Vectura Group plc Share Incentive Plan 2006 to the following Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial responsibility ("PDMRs"):

   Andrew Derodra                      3,157 shares 
   James Ward-Lilley                    3,157 shares

Beneficial ownership of the shares awarded will become available to each director on

29 December 2020, subject to continuing employment, save in certain Good Leaver situations.
