Annual Report and Accounts 
 
 
Vision Media Group (International) plc (AIM:VMG), the outdoor media contractor, 
announces that today printed copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the 
year ended 31 December 2008 have been distributed to shareholders together with 
the Notice of Annual General Meeting and form of proxy. An electronic copy of 
the VMG Report and Accounts 2008 is also available from the Company's website at 
www.visionmediagroupplc.com. 
 
 
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.00 a.m. on Thursday 23 
July 2009 at the offices of Halliwells LLP, 1 Threadneedle Street, London EC2R 
8AY.
