The Company was notified on 31 March 2008 that Per Ragnar Thanner, as a result 
of an acquisition of voting rights on 31 March 2008, has increased his interest 
in Venteco from 550,000 ordinary shares representing 2.97 per cent. of the 
issued share capital of the Company to 650,000 ordinary shares representing 3.51 
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
