2021 Annual General Meeting - Poll Results
Vivo Energy plc's 2021 Annual General Meeting ('AGM') was held
at the Park Plaza Victoria Hotel, 239 Vauxhall Bridge Road,
Pimlico, London SW1V 1EQ, United Kingdom on Tuesday 18 May 2021 at
2.00 pm. All resolutions proposed at the AGM were decided on a poll
and were passed. The results are set out below:
