Trading Update and AGM Statement 
 
 
WFCA plc, the leading regional advertising and marketing agency, today announces 
the following AGM statement. 
 
 
Since the date of the announcement of the Company's preliminary results, 6th 
October 2009, the Company has been unsuccessful in retaining a major account 
beyond the end of February 2010, which will result in the Company's revenue and 
profit falling short of expectations for the second half of the Company's 
financial year to 30 June 2010.  Whilst this is a setback, the Company has a 
growing pipeline of new business opportunities with which to endeavour to fill 
its increased capacity. However, in the event that the Company is unable to 
convert its pipeline of new business the Board expect full year results to 30 
June 2011 to be substantially below current market expectations.
