Changes to the Board of Directors of the Company

The Company is pleased to announce that Mr. Socrates Solomides has been nominated to the Board of Directors of the Company as Non-Executive Director.

Socrates Solomides is a Director of Renaissance Securities Cyprus and Renaissance Wealth Management Cyprus. He is also a director of a number of other Cypriot companies including Universal Life, one of three leading life insurance companies in Cyprus, and Bank of Piraeus Cyprus. He holds an MBA from the University of California Berkeley, a Masters in accounting and finance and degrees in economics and politics from the London School of Economics.

The Company also announces that Mr. Maxim Naumenko and Mrs. Helen Volska have resigned as a Director and a Non-Executive Director of the Company, respectively.

Mr. Salmin, CEO and Member of the XXI Century Board of Directors thanked both Mr. Naumenko and Mrs. Helen Volska for their contribution to the development of the Company.
