CHOCOLATE, PEANUT BUTTER AND BANANA ROLL-UPS
4 Maria and Ricardo's White Flour Burrito Size Tortillas
1 cup chunky peanut butter
1 cup chocolate pudding
2 bananas, peeled and sliced lengthwise
Lay tortillas on flat surface. Spread 1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
along center of each tortilla. Spread 1/4 cup of chocolate pudding
over peanut butter. Place sliced banana on pudding and wrap into a
burrito.
TORTILLA BLT
4 Maria and Ricardo's Soft Yellow Corn Tortillas
1 large tomato, in ¼ inch dice
8 pieces bacon, cooked and broken
4 large leaves of iceberg lettuce, torn into small pieces
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
Lay tortillas on flat surface. Sprinkle about 1/4 of the tomatoes
down the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle 1/4 of the bacon over
the tomatoes of each tortilla and lay the lettuce pieces next.
Drizzle each BLT with Caesar dressing. Once all ingredients are in
tortilla, fold in half and enjoy!
CHICKEN AND RANCH WRAPS
4 Maria and Ricardo's White Flour Tortillas
1 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup diced chicken pieces
1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
1/2 cup bacon pieces (optional)
Lay tortillas on flat surface. Spread 1/4 cup ranch dressing along
center of each tortilla. Spread each tortilla with 1/4 cup shredded
carrots, 1/4 cup chicken pieces and 1/4 cup shredded Pepper Jack
cheese. Sprinkle with bacon pieces, if desired. Roll up and slice
in half.
