The Return to the scheme scene, UNadmiral Grifter must have found the shredder by now, no? This is the guy most responsible for the CASH TAKE! What a stupid jerk or smart GRIFTER, huh?
Either way, his presence along with the marconobodi and bocci GRIFTBUDDIES, appear to be looked at negatively! Taking advantage of nasdq through misguidances (due to GREED AND DECEIPT), harms shareholders, personal reputation, and society itself. Step asides are warranted.

As of yearend 2024 Retail shares remain steady at 108 million, Shorts increased, and the low volume, high frequency manipulation game has been put into super high intensity mode with 3/20/25 trading being a prime example, they step on it 8% with first 50k shares traded,, then they "lock" the Bid/Ask and push through tons of "wash trades" fishing for Retail to "give up" and capitulate!! News flash!! there will NEVER be a Longs capitulation, the amount of "naked shorting" or "phantom shares" must be insane by now!! Look at Ruud's recent example to understand what blatant CRIMINAL tactics are being used against LWLG, the SEC needs to investigate the Shorts and MM's because these are the true GRIFTERS!!!

20 MILLION Shorts Covering Deadline Established June 2025, the gauntlet was put down with the issuance of the new CEO and President Incentive Options being FULLY VESTED in 6 months or June of 2025, this is an UNPRECEDENTED MOVE in the entire history of LWLG!! Normally these types of Incentive Compensation Options are issued to vest incrementally over a 5 year period
a couple more things to keep in mind,
1) the latest round of Annual Incentive Comps were issued at $5 strike, and this was at a time the PPS was in 3's!!
2) Leonberger buying up 100,000 options outright and disposing of exactly ZERO!!
Oh and BTW, the fact is that the long-term investors here are not paid to post, it's the unethical bashers who the cat's been dragging in that are paid, from one basher recent post "LWLG not having promise"? Seriously?!!!
Remember, the Industry worked extremely hard in the 80's and 90's for the holy grail of Photonics development which was a stabile Polymer but was largely unsuccessful in ALL their efforts including the largest companies, the government, DOD, DARPA etc, IBM, Lockheed Martin, DuPont, AT&T Bell Labs, Honeywell, Motorola, HP, 3M, and others in addition to numerous universities and U.S. Government Agencies, have attempted to produce high-performance, high-stability electro-optic polymers <<<< literally in the Billions R&D $$ were spent to try to do what LWLG has succeeded in doing!

Small selection of used words by payed shorters:
Scum bags, grifters, nasty, welfarist, highest of duties, blind faith, what the F*** , liar ,Fail (in capitals!) useful idiots, etc etc
I skipped the worse words used because I have kids. It says it all.
Retail isnβt selling at all, most of them are sitting and waiting. You could see that two days ago with no volumeβ¦. This is happening for already a year. Despite the massive fall of the stockprice there is no panic, no real sale of shares, just nervous waiting. The consequence is that shorts are free to play as much as they want.
Ofcourse we all realise that shorts are correct because there are no deals. Thatβs the part they are absolutely correct in.
We longs still believe we are going to make it. We put our eggs in Yves basket.
Shorters just one question why donβt you leave us as stupid as we are?
As the Old Ford said most people are not succesfull because they donβt have a great idea but because they panic to early!

I like to question my investments in person to the board, management and employees, that is after all where the rubber meets the road. The anamous internet is full of disinformation with who knows what their actual agenda is? Sometimes real investors strategies are formed after all isn't why one invests?
IMO Reds and TH should by all means attend, Colorado is beutiful, I can hook them up with a driver to tour the mountains. Life is what you make it, then we die. It is not about the journey but having fun.

There are still a lot of people here who are still stuck in the old paradigm. Lightwave is not in devices, Lightwaveβs current (20 + Polariton) and future partners may very well be and may well experiment with Lightwaves materials.
Lightwave decided to be a chemical and materials company with proprietary polymers for silicon hybrid solutions. People who keep referring to the past should realize that there is no logic anymore, the complete industry approach ( see NVIDIA) changed over a period of 6-8 months. Lightwave changed it business approach as a result. So donβt keep talking about old fashioned βassembled β pluggable transceivers and transceiver companies who are now having a rough time to compete with upcoming proprietary CPO solutions. Nvidia is setting new standards in CPO, silicon photonics and fiber (instead of copper) connections.

Exactly!! The strategy shift has been predicated by a shift in the Industry NOT just a shift being done by LWLG!!! It is because of the HUGE ONSLAUGHT of data being generated by AI and LLM's, it is a PARABOLIC GROWTH RATE that requires this new strategy to keep up with it!!!
Here is a look at how this affect who are the companies that are now the direct Stategic Partners (and Customers) of Lightwave, shown predominantly in the TOP LEFT box labeled "Fabless Chip Designers"
https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7307071558672388098/
For those without access to LinkedIn I will list those companies here for you,
AMD
Nvidia
Broadcom
Qualcomm
Tesla
Meta
Huawei
Amazon
Alphabet
Marvel
Microsoft
Cirrus Logic
IBM
Fujitsu
Cisco
and few others
Investors can also look to Yves 1/9/25 presentation slide #10 which highlights the Strategic Partner / Customers of LWLG going forward mainly would be the inner circle Silicon Photonics Engines (PICs), where Lebby's focus based on his saying "working with some of the largest Transceiver makers in the world on 3 continents" would have been more the outer circle of companies Optical Transceiver Suppliers
