The Return to the scheme scene, UNadmiral Grifter must have found the shredder by now, no? This is the guy most responsible for the CASH TAKE! What a stupid jerk or smart GRIFTER, huh?
Either way, his presence along with the marconobodi and bocci GRIFTBUDDIES, appear to be looked at negatively! Taking advantage of nasdq through misguidances (due to GREED AND DECEIPT), harms shareholders, personal reputation, and society itself. Step asides are warranted.

As of yearend 2024 Retail shares remain steady at 108 million, Shorts increased, and the low volume, high frequency manipulation game has been put into super high intensity mode with 3/20/25 trading being a prime example, they step on it 8% with first 50k shares traded,, then they "lock" the Bid/Ask and push through tons of "wash trades" fishing for Retail to "give up" and capitulate!! News flash!! there will NEVER be a Longs capitulation, the amount of "naked shorting" or "phantom shares" must be insane by now!! Look at Ruud's recent example to understand what blatant CRIMINAL tactics are being used against LWLG, the SEC needs to investigate the Shorts and MM's because these are the true GRIFTERS!!!

https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=175950924

20 MILLION Shorts Covering Deadline Established June 2025, the gauntlet was put down with the issuance of the new CEO and President Incentive Options being FULLY VESTED in 6 months or June of 2025, this is an UNPRECEDENTED MOVE in the entire history of LWLG!! Normally these types of Incentive Compensation Options are issued to vest incrementally over a 5 year period

a couple more things to keep in mind,

1) the latest round of Annual Incentive Comps were issued at $5 strike, and this was at a time the PPS was in 3's!!

2) Leonberger buying up 100,000 options outright and disposing of exactly ZERO!!

Oh and BTW, the fact is that the long-term investors here are not paid to post, it's the unethical bashers who the cat's been dragging in that are paid, from one basher recent post "LWLG not having promise"? Seriously?!!!

Remember, the Industry worked extremely hard in the 80's and 90's for the holy grail of Photonics development which was a stabile Polymer but was largely unsuccessful in ALL their efforts including the largest companies, the government, DOD, DARPA etc, IBM, Lockheed Martin, DuPont, AT&T Bell Labs, Honeywell, Motorola, HP, 3M, and others in addition to numerous universities and U.S. Government Agencies, have attempted to produce high-performance, high-stability electro-optic polymers <<<< literally in the Billions R&D $$ were spent to try to do what LWLG has succeeded in doing!

Small selection of used words by payed shorters:
Scum bags, grifters, nasty, welfarist, highest of duties, blind faith, what the F*** , liar ,Fail (in capitals!) useful idiots, etc etc
I skipped the worse words used because I have kids. It says it all.
Retail isn’t selling at all, most of them are sitting and waiting. You could see that two days ago with no volume…. This is happening for already a year. Despite the massive fall of the stockprice there is no panic, no real sale of shares, just nervous waiting. The consequence is that shorts are free to play as much as they want.
Ofcourse we all realise that shorts are correct because there are no deals. That’s the part they are absolutely correct in.
We longs still believe we are going to make it. We put our eggs in Yves basket.
Shorters just one question why don’t you leave us as stupid as we are?
As the Old Ford said most people are not succesfull because they don’t have a great idea but because they panic to early!

Ted.... You are a knight in shining armour on here. Everybody knows it. Even proto...jeunke.. Walter .. and x ..... You've exposed them from day one. It's been brilliant to watch... I hope they have incriminating evidence linking them to Lebby and marcelli... Because the way the have acted doesn't add up unless they where in the loop and on the pay. Doesn't make sense at all... Neither did two cents and Steve schiets. ... The latter two think going away from the board for years won't catch up with them. Karma always does though.

Omg how ridiculous. That board was formed way before you became a thing here and was similarly active then as it is now. It wasn't until the last year or so you actually became relevant (not just screaming for attention) and apparently correct in many ways in hindsight. Prior to that, you were full of misunderstandings and I helped you fine tune your understandings. So you're welcome. lol...

The group over there was formed after I became moderator. Oh the drama when that happened! They immediately left and the goal was to have a new and censored board that would be very intolerant of anything negative, where they could share their little secrets with each other and over time a large audience would find the 'truth' about Lightwave without being bothered by people who asked the hard questions and held the company accountable.

It never caught on. IHUB is simply a better board and the company wasn't executing much so the 'over there' never grew into anything ..most kept coming back here because this remained 'the place to be for all things Lightwave'... it was funny to hear them talk about how hard it was to not check out what was being said over here! Constant confessions! I suspect some were afraid they might miss more important insights from the skeptics...though it never grew much, it has really dwindled lately and now it appears to be a small group trying to keep a happy outlook.

Funny - Right after their dramatic exit I offered to step down as moderator in order to keep a lively discussion going here but they liked their own idea too much...

I like to question my investments in person to the board, management and employees, that is after all where the rubber meets the road. The anamous internet is full of disinformation with who knows what their actual agenda is? Sometimes real investors strategies are formed after all isn't why one invests?

IMO Reds and TH should by all means attend, Colorado is beutiful, I can hook them up with a driver to tour the mountains. Life is what you make it, then we die. It is not about the journey but having fun.

To be clear I sold during the conference call the shares I had bought a week prior before the runup to 1.45, avoiding the 27% drop in the last week. Not that it matters but what I wrote could have sounded like I bought during the conf call and just sold today.

The conference call was a good thing for shareholders because it was honest but it wasn't good for anyone looking at the short term. That's a toss-up though there will be some attempts to push it up as there always is this time of the year..

I think it's more a matter of the long time and significant investors giving a damn. And the historic tradition of management not being overly transparent, for whatever reason, about the company's progress. The management change and opportunity to get to meet with them and especially fellow investors is what has me going. If there was a different forum to do so, I would consider it.

That's when they get the secret hand shakes and 😉 winks when they ask questions at the bar. Last year it was all about seeing a holding wafers which are now collecting dust in a closet with the world record breaking modulator from 2 years ago. I guess 2 years of reliability testing is not enough. Seems like the testing time never ends. The new lab was suppose to speed things up but not seeing it.

ETAP and NVIDIA’s collaboration introduces an innovative β€œGrid to Chip” approach that addresses the critical challenges of power management, performance optimization, and energy efficiency in the era of AI. Currently, data center operators can estimate average power consumption at the rack level, but ETAP’s new digital twin aims to increase precision on modeling dynamic load behavior at the chip level to improve power system design and optimize energy efficiency

we will see.

Getting ready to drop below a buck. Low volume. No interest. No deals. No revenue. CEO kicked out the door. 3 months and the new CEO is talking the same language as the previous CEOs. Talking to many companies and are interested blah blah blah. Same as Marcelli and Lebby said for years with no results. Always talking but nothing getting done or signed but we have no DEBT 🤣🤣🤣.

There are still a lot of people here who are still stuck in the old paradigm. Lightwave is not in devices, Lightwave’s current (20 + Polariton) and future partners may very well be and may well experiment with Lightwaves materials.
Lightwave decided to be a chemical and materials company with proprietary polymers for silicon hybrid solutions. People who keep referring to the past should realize that there is no logic anymore, the complete industry approach ( see NVIDIA) changed over a period of 6-8 months. Lightwave changed it business approach as a result. So don’t keep talking about old fashioned β€˜assembled β€˜ pluggable transceivers and transceiver companies who are now having a rough time to compete with upcoming proprietary CPO solutions. Nvidia is setting new standards in CPO, silicon photonics and fiber (instead of copper) connections.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=175945845

Exactly!! The strategy shift has been predicated by a shift in the Industry NOT just a shift being done by LWLG!!! It is because of the HUGE ONSLAUGHT of data being generated by AI and LLM's, it is a PARABOLIC GROWTH RATE that requires this new strategy to keep up with it!!!

Here is a look at how this affect who are the companies that are now the direct Stategic Partners (and Customers) of Lightwave, shown predominantly in the TOP LEFT box labeled "Fabless Chip Designers"

https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7307071558672388098/

For those without access to LinkedIn I will list those companies here for you,

AMD
Nvidia
Broadcom
Qualcomm
Tesla
Meta
Huawei
Amazon
Alphabet
Marvel
Microsoft
Cirrus Logic
IBM
Fujitsu
Cisco
and few others

Investors can also look to Yves 1/9/25 presentation slide #10 which highlights the Strategic Partner / Customers of LWLG going forward mainly would be the inner circle Silicon Photonics Engines (PICs), where Lebby's focus based on his saying "working with some of the largest Transceiver makers in the world on 3 continents" would have been more the outer circle of companies Optical Transceiver Suppliers

Did you listen to Jensen talk about the photonics, as well versed as he is on the electric side he is not nearly as fluent on the optic side, but he is a quick study.

Lightwave is a good fit there going forward after they stack the 200 Gbp/s high and wide..

Jensen Wangs words not mine..... now the Data Centers are as large as a stadium and that is where silicon photonics comes in. The challenge has been that the current transceivers consume a lot of electric and they do not do any math. If they can free up power they can do more math with the same power because the Data center are in fact power limited.

The question that is have is has Yves met Jenson. That is the Million dollar question.

Power hungry modulators are limiting our revenue, by sucking up 180 megawatts of power, (6 Megawatts is 10 ultra Rubin racks).

X That technology is only 200 Gb/s stacked, stacked and stacked again 512 Ports, is that crazy or what?
