The issue seems to be with just a few folks, most are telling us they don't get that warning anymore. We know what it's coming from, but we don't use a broadcast email system from that website. I need to get my guys to find that line of code and terminate it.

We've also gotten a lot of sign-ups, and the evidence pile is large.

No, our lawsuit, as stated before, goes after the four principals who were in charge and owned ENZC at the time of all the investor defrauding happened between 2019 and 5/1/2024. We are not, and, never intended to sue the empty-shell corporation of ENZC as a company, and since ownership broke up during this time, a smart Judge would laugh a case going after just the company, right out of court.

Our case goes after Zhabilov, the Cotropias and Chandra, simple as that. You'll notice the SEC's case goes specifically after Zhabilov too, not so much after ENZC as a company, probably for the same reasons.

Depending on the final legal review, which is not wrapping up fast enough for any of us, the lawyers will tell us what the best target is, and how to proceed. We began all of this trying to get share-value restitution for any shareholder who wanted to join, not take a longshot at a criminal referral just to get guys into jail. (Our lawsuit does threaten both, but fines, a settlement, or restitution are actually at a higher probability than getting these guys incarcerated, as we'd all like to see happen.)

Our case charges 4-5 types of business fraud that the SEC case did not even name. The SEC case against Zhabilov references the securities fraud and business violations only. Our case references those as inclusive points of reference for the rest of the case against the 4 old owners. It's enough to do a lot of damage to the 4 past owners, and possibly shut down their current ventures.

So, yes, we are attempting to get value back, whether as cash restitution, stock share equivalents, or something that can cover the losses at least. If we can get them jailed, so much the better, or even forbidden off the stock exchanges and public company management forever. (Like Chandra's partner company had happen to their sole source of corrupt funding, GHS Investments. SEC nailed them hard back in August.)

If I was not clear enough before, sorry, but we're not leaving any stone unturned here. It's hard enough to press this on as is.

ENZC hasn't been shorted - in fact there is very little shorting on the OTC. Most discount brokers don't allow shorting. Shorting is complex and dangerous - plus there is the $2.50 rule - you have to have a margin account and pay margin maintenance fees - there are borrow rates for the shares you borrow to short - and losses can be infinite.

Trump isn't a friend of the retail investors - Trump will take care of his friends.

Plus, you don't seem to understand that shorting isn't illegal - it is just your analysis that the price is going down.

My guess that the SEC files 100 complaints against pump and dumps for every one complaint about illegal shorting.

Trump is only concerned about his social media company - Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG) and illegal short sellers.

It is now DJT and trading on Nasdaq for around $30. So Trump is only protecting his company.

I AM very curious as to Chandra's exact acumen level, or lack thereof. He handles all of this like a foreign hacker, smart enough to be shown how to assemble some parts, but not smart enough to carry it through himself as one should if they 'really understand it all'. They don't have to be genius software developers, just truly know their stuff and not just repeat the words of other sources, especially not more Indian sources not truly involved in the US marketplace.

I don't believe a Judge will Certify the Class. Especially after the SEC disgorges the assets of Zhabilov et el.

Their patents are real, the ITV-1 is real and in verified Stage IV trials, so a product DOES EXIST, and an MS patent is due back in any day now.

Not everyone has evidence files to contribute, and we do get a lot of redundant duplicates we already have in hand.
If you believe you have something helpful, and you just won't believe some of the great stuff that has been sent in for this case, that proves a case of fraud, please upload it there on the Repository Page.
Each person's account is secured to them, 2 website admins that have to review and to classify the files, and the law firms' attorneys & staff who will litigate the case. No one else can look at what you upload, besides yourself, the law firm and 2 of our admins. This is why on the Repository Page, there is that second sign-up. Evidence uploading is not required, but it is encouraged. MP100, changes at the SEC won't even affect this case. The SEC v. Harry Zhabilov case hearings begin soon, two witnesses and targets already into the wind. By the time our new and excellent President filters down to SEC replacements, this case will be well underway, but he won't waste any priorities on even a large OTC case. Nice thought, but in all likelihood, not applicable for us shareholders.
In fact, if more targets of the SEC prosecution and other legal court actions against former ENZC principals and their immediate right-hand people, have any more folks go AWOL again and run from court orders once more, the SEC could get a Defacto-judgement against everything connected with Harry Zhabilov. This case could be over before any new SEC developments take their seats in office.
The case we're helping with goes after Harry Z and all three of the CCC group, with a forced deference on the SEC taking Harry Z out long before he even hears of this new case.

Remember, the SEC case mysteriously left all members of CCC unaccounted for, and no immunity deal for the charges leveled at Harry, protects CCC from the charges in our lawsuit.
