Appointment of Director
The Board of Interregnum plc ("Interregnum"), the Information Technology
investment and advisory firm, is pleased to announce the appointment to the
Board of Rupert Cook as Director of Advisory Services with immediate effect,
reporting to Roger Jeynes, Chief Operating Officer.
Interregnum creates value for technology companies, investors and large
corporates through a range of advisory services which include M&A, IP
exploitation, market entry and growth strategy, due diligence and turnaround
work.
Rupert joined Interregnum in December 2000 having previously been Managing
Director at ICE Mobile Ltd, a technology consultancy and investor, which he
founded in 1998. He was formerly a Senior Manager at Cap Gemini and, prior to
that, Director of ACN Ltd, an IT Training and Consultancy company, which he
helped build from inception through to its sale to Delphi plc.
Commenting on his appointment, Ken Olisa, Chief Executive of Interregnum, said:
"Rupert has significant senior-level operational experience of the management,
sales and marketing of IT companies. The Board believes that Interregnum will
greatly benefit from his skills."
