BASF SE said Tuesday that it is selling its HILD Samen GmbH business to French seeds distributor Graines Voltz SA.

The German chemical company said the sale of the seed business includes intangible assets like intellectual property, but it won't include local infrastructure.

The companies didn't disclose any financial details of the deal.
