L'Oreal Signs to Buy Men's Skincare Brand from Interparfums

PARIS--French cosmetics company Interparfums SA (ITP.FR) said
Tuesday that larger peer L'Oreal SA (OR.FR) has signed a letter of
intention to buy its men's skin care brand Nickel.
The deal is set to be closed by the end of the year "subject to
the execution of the purchase and sale agreement," Interparfums
said in its half-year earnings release, without disclosing the
financial details for the deal.
L'Oreal confirmed the signing, but declined to give further
details.
