Essex Welcomes New CFO, Lisa Jacobson COLUMBIA, Md., July 8
/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Essex Corporation (NASDAQ:KEYW) announces
the appointment of a new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and
Executive Vice President, Lisa Jacobson, effective July 6, 2004.
Ms. Jacobson joins Essex from Lockheed Martin Government Services
Group, Inc. where she was CFO for the subsidiary formerly known as
ACS Government Services, Inc. ("ACS-GS"). ACS-GS provided
commercial solutions as well as engineering and technology services
to the U.S. Government and other customers. With annual revenue
(projected company fiscal year 2004) of almost $1 billion, ACS-GS
was a subsidiary of Fortune 500 ACS, Inc. Prior to ACS-GS, Ms.
Jacobson was Director, Accounting and Financial Management Division
of the U.S. General Accounting Office ("GAO"). She is a Certified
Public Accountant and holds a bachelor degree in accounting from
Oklahoma State University. "We welcome Lisa to Essex and look
