Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 3, 2021, the Company filed a Form 8-K announcing that Michael Rutledge (51 years old) would become its Chief Financial Officer effective as of September 7, 2021. This Form 8-K/A amends that Form 8-K to reflect that, effective September 7, 2021, Michael Ramke ceased to be the Company’s interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Ramke will continue to work for the Company on a contract basis in the area of corporate development.
