To adopt and approve an amendment to our Articles of Incorporation to effect a reverse stock split of our issued shares of common stock, at a specific ratio, ranging from one-for-two (1:2) to one-for-ten (1:10), at any time prior to the one-year anniversary date of the Special Meeting, with the exact ratio to be determined by the Board of Directors without further approval or authorization of our stockholders (the “Reverse Split Proposal”);

? To adopt and approve an amendment to our Articles of Incorporation to increase the number of authorized shares of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, from 6,000,000 to 40,000,000, which we refer to as the “Charter Amendment Proposal”; and

To approve the adjournment of the Special Meeting to a later date or dates, if necessary or appropriate, to permit further solicitation and vote of proxies in the event that there are insufficient votes for, or otherwise in connection with, the approval of the Reverse Split Proposal or the Charter Amendment Proposal (the “Adjournment Proposal”).

above us we have an open gap at 1.02$ from 10.09.2024 and then we can go back up to 1.44$....

Oh, please. The O/S was tossed over 74 times today. Every share issued and outstanding changed hands, on average, 74 times in 540K trades on a stock that typically trades less than 100k shares, and with the price manipulated up to a high of nearly $3, then right back down when the computers were turned off. It is brazen wash trading.

Tomorrow we will see the $3 again.
The volume today was huge and just under 400k new shares are nothing like today's 137 million turnover.
