(NASDAQ:FBEI), the holding company for First Federal Savings Bank, announced plans to establish a full service First Federal branch banking facility in St. Philip (Posey County), Indiana. Management presently is finalizing the purchase of land near the intersection of St. Phillips and Upper Mount Vernon Roads for the planned branch location.
