On August 23, 2019, Ritwik Chatterjee resigned from his role as Chief Financial Officer of Fred’s, Inc. (the “Company”).
Following his resignation as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Chatterjee is expected to serve the Company as a consultant to provide transition services and other assistance. The terms of the consulting agreement with Mr. Chatterjee are currently being negotiated and will be announced upon completion.
