entered into an exclusive global license agreement to develop,
market and distribute the Systat and SigmaPlot software suite of
products. Systat and SigmaPlot are data analytics and statistical
visualization solutions and are estimated to have more than 400,000
users across 37 countries. The transaction is expected to be
accretive to earnings and will expand Inpixon's subsidiary
operations into the United Kingdom
and Germany.
