On March 8, 2024, Liberty
Resources Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that it caused to be
deposited $23,073.69 into the Company’s trust account for its public stockholders, allowing the Company to extend the date by which
the Company may consummate an initial business combination by one month from March 8, 2024 to April 8, 2024 (the “Extension”).
A copy of the press release
is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference.

to Consummate Initial Business Combination
New York, New York – March 8, 2024 – Liberty
Resources Acquisition Corp. (“Liberty” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: LIBY, LIBYW, LIBYU), a special purpose acquisition
company, announced today that it caused to be deposited $23,073.69 into the Company’s trust account for its public stockholders,
allowing the Company to extend the period of time the Company has to consummate its initial business combination by one month from March
8, 2024 to April 8, 2024 (the “Extension”).

check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization
