Item 8.01          Other Events.
 
On January 18, 2024, the Board of Directors of Resources Connection, Inc. (the “Company”) approved a dividend of $0.14 per share on the Company’s common stock.  The dividend is payable on March 14, 2024, to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 15, 2024.  The Board of Directors will assess and approve future dividends quarterly.  The full text of the Company’s press release, issued on January 18, 2024, announcing the quarterly dividend payment is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
