Starbucks Names Three Directors, Boosts Board to 13

Starbucks Corp. (SBUX) on Thursday said it named three new
directors, expanding the size of its board to 13 members from
10.
The Seattle coffee chain said the new directors include Richard
Allison Jr., chief executive of Domino's Pizza Inc. (DPZ); Andrew
Campion, executive vice president and chief financial officer of
Nike Inc. (NKE); and Isabel Ge Mahe, Apple Inc. (AAPL) vice
president and managing director of Greater China.
Starbucks said Mr. Allison will serve on the board's
compensation and management development committee, while Mr.
Campion will join the audit and compliance committee and Ms. Ge
Mahe will serve on the nominating and corporate governance
committee.
