The Registrant is unable to file the subject report in a timely manner because the Registrant was not able to complete timely its financial statements without unreasonable effort or expense.

The Company’s sales are expected to decrease to approximately $5,248,461 for the fiscal year 2022 from approximately $7,725,221 in the fiscal year 2021. The Company’s cost of sales is expected to decrease to approximately $2,661,000 in the fiscal year 2022 from $3,459,447 in the fiscal year 2021 and our operating expenses are expected to increase to approximately $1,556,000 in the fiscal year 2022 from $536,988 in the fiscal year 2021. Our net income (loss) is expected to decrease to a loss of approximately ($56,000) in the fiscal year 2022 from net income of $2,913,646 in the fiscal year 2021.
