I believe that's correct.

Broadcom and Mitsubishi both have technical papers being published on 400G EMLs. Both use PAM6. Lumentum and Mitsubishi both had them last year, but only Mitsubishi had published detail.

I thought the OpenLight news yesterday was pretty huge.
