With COVID-19 vaccines becoming globally available,

A recent Qualtrics study found that 61 percent of people have
little to no confidence that their state has the proper systems in

saying they don't plan to vaccinate. Additionally, communities of
color tend to have even lower confidence and trust in their public
health systems.
