Dana Corporation to Supply Fluid-Transfer Systems to Renault
BARCELONA, Spain, May 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dana Corporation
announced today that it has been selected to supply four different
fluid-transfer systems for a future Renault platform. The total
value of the contract is an estimated $60 million. The announcement
was made at the 2004 Federation Internationale des Societes
d'Ingenieurs des Techniques de l'Automobile (FISITA) World

duration of the multi-year agreement, Dana plans to provide fuel-
line systems, brake-vacuum lines with integrated return valves,
complete windscreen washing-line systems, and sunroof drain-hose
systems. Dana's facility in Barcelona, Spain, will provide the
products for Renault plants in Spain and France, while a Dana
facility in Bursa, Turkey, will produce components for Renault in
that region of Europe. "These will be the first Renault vehicles
designed using the Renault- Nissan Alliance New Product Quality
Performance engineering procedure, and Dana is proud to be a part
