Results of Operation and Financial Condition.
 
On March 16, 2023, ATI Physical Therapy, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing financial results for the fourth quarter of 2022 and the full year of 2022. A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
