today that it has been named on the 2020 list of Best Workplaces
for mental wellness.
Medtronic Canada ULC received this honour after a thorough and
independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work®.

In response to COVID-19, Medtronic Canada implemented a
mandatory work-from-home policy and has been hosting weekly
all-employee calls to ensure everyone has a chance to voice their
concerns and ask questions.
In partnership with the Canadian Mental Health Association,
Medtronic Canada launched the "Not Myself Today" series last year
and has been running the program with the help of several staff
members as program ambassadors. During mental health awareness
month in May, the company also hosted an hour-long webinar
dedicated to the subject and continues to promote its extensive
Employee Assistance Program and other online resources and
strategies to help employees manage their mental health.
