MSC.Software Announces CFO Resignation SANTA ANA, Calif., Sept. 24
/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MSC.Software Corp. (NYSE:MNS), today
announced that Louis Greco, Chief Financial Officer and Executive
Vice President, has resigned as an officer of the company to pursue
other opportunities. "I would like to sincerely thank Lou for his
many contributions to the growth and success of MSC.Software over
his 21 year tenure," said Frank Perna, Chairman and CEO,
MSC.Software. "Lou has been an invaluable member of the management
team and we wish him well in his future endeavors." MSC.Software
has retained an executive recruitment firm and has initiated a
search for a new chief financial officer. Mr. Perna will take
responsibility for corporate financial matters during the interim
period and Mr. Greco will be available to assist in the transition.
