Oshkosh Corporation (NYSE: OSK), a leading manufacturer of
specialty vehicles and vehicle bodies, announced today that its
Board of Directors chairman Richard M. (Dick) Donnelly, was named
Non-Executive Chairman of the Year by the New York Stock Exchange
(NYSE) Governance Services. This is the third year of this
prestigious award, which was given out at the NYSE’s Annual
Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Leadership Awards program
held June 8 in New York City. NYSE or NASDAQ listed companies are
eligible for the award.

Mr. Donnelly has served as a director of the Company since 2001
and as chairman since 2011. From 1961 until his retirement in 1999,
he held various positions with General Motors Corporation, a
manufacturer of motor vehicles, including most recently as
President and Group Executive of General Motors, Europe, a division
of General Motors Corporation. From 2000 through September 2009,
Mr. Donnelly served as an Industrial Partner in Ripplewood Holdings
LLC, a private equity investment firm located in New York, N.Y.,
where he was responsible for its global automotive supply
portfolio. He was also chairman of Niles Co., Ltd. and Honsel
International Technologies S.A., and serves as a Trustee of
Colonial Williamsburg Foundation.
Oshkosh Corporation was also recognized at the event for the
2016 Best Governance, Risk, and Compliance Program at a Small to
Mid-Cap Company. Oshkosh was chosen based on the Company’s
