Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On June 18, 2013, StanCorp Financial Group, Inc. and existing lenders amended its four-year, $250 million senior unsecured revolving credit facility dated June 22, 2012 to extend the expiration date by one year to June 22, 2017. The amendment is filed herewith as Exhibit 10.1.
