RMB, I suspect that there is some inconsistency in the reporting of script counts from Symphony (in terms of timing).

But I still can't understand the revenue splits from quarter to quarter. I can only assume a timing discrepancy in terms of what weeks are included in each quarter.

A general Ophthalmologist can manage early DR but I think that shouldn't be confused with what happens after the referral to the retinal specialist, which assumes something more is needed. Once you get into laser, vitrectomy, anti-VEGF, then a once-a-year injection has a lot going for it.
