Unilever Prices $1 Billion Bond Offering

LONDON--Unilever PLC (ULVR.LN) said Wednesday that it priced a
dual-tranche $1.0 billion bond on the U.S. market.
The consumer goods company priced $500 million worth of 2.1%
fixed rate notes due July 30, 2020, and a further $500 million
worth of 3.1% fixed rate notes due July 30, 2025.
The offering is scheduled to close on July 31.
Shares of Unilever at 0919 GMT were 0.4% higher at 2,868
pence.
