WPP's Operating Company Buys Majority Stake in StartJG Hong Kong

LONDON--WPP PLC (WPP.LN) said Monday its operating company FITCH
has bought a majority stake in StartJG Hong Kong, a brand and
customer experience design consultancy.
The communications company said that StartJG Hong Kong, which
has 40 employees, is going to change its name to FITCH Design
Ltd.
StartJG Hong Kong's gross revenue for the year ending March 31
was of 31.1 million Hong Kong dollars ($4 million), the company
said.
Shares at 0715 GMT up 7 pence, or 0.4%, at 1,756 pence valuing
the company at GBP22.48 billion.
