One thing is stopping me from purchasing the shares is uncertainty about bringing the share price above the dollar to avoid delisting. I have a feeling that they will reverse split soon. I don't see any other solution for that. Hope they have some plan.

I agree with you. I'd go with Amazon only for an established drug that the pharma is already marketing. I would not go with Amazon for a new drug, with a novel MOA, that the pharma (Anavex) has no ability to market on its own.
