DETROIT, Aug. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- DTE Energy has expanded its roster of authorized payment agents by adding 19 former Farmer Jack grocery stores purchased by Kroger. DTE Energy now has 23 Kroger stores where customers can pay their DTE Energy bills by cash, check or money order for full or partial amounts before or after the due date, including shut-off notice payments. The new Kroger stores now accepting DTE Energy payments are: Wayne County Brownstown Township - 23849 West Road Dearborn - 15255 Michigan Ave., 23000 Michigan Ave. Dearborn Heights - 26400 Ford Road Grosse Pointe Woods - 20422 Mack Ave. Northville - 17447 Haggerty Road Westland - 200 S. Merriman Road, 7350 Middlebelt Road Oakland County Hazel Park - 23101 John R Troy - 1237 N. Coolidge Highway, 3125 John R, 2105 South Boulevard Macomb County Roseville - 30851 Gratiot Ave. St. Clair Shores - 22332 Nine Mile Sterling Heights - 43893 Schoenherr Washington Township - 64660 Van Dyke Lapeer County Imlay City - 1821 S. Cedar St. Livingston County Howell - 10059 E. Highland Road St. Clair County Algonac - 2600 Pointe Tremble Road Customers must have their payment coupon when making payment, and payments are applied to accounts within one to two business days. There is a 50-cent fee per transaction and credit cards are not accepted for payment. DTE Energy also recently opened two customer offices in Detroit, at 2835 Bagley in Mexicantown and the Eastern Market Customer Office at the corner of Gratiot and Joseph Campau, that also accept payments.
