Geomark Exploration Ltd. (Geomark) (www.geomark.ca) (TSX VENTURE:GME) has been
advised by Mr. Garth Schultz, the Company's Chief Financial Officer (CFO) that
he will be retiring effective April 30, 2011. Geomark has commenced a search to
recruit a suitable replacement for the position of CFO and with the long lead
time, does not anticipate any impact on the Company's activity.
