SAH Sahara Energy Ltd

Sahara Energy Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:SAH) (PINK SHEETS:SAHRF) has re-filed its
unaudited interim financial statements for the three month period ending March
31, 2010. The material amendments to the interim financial statements were that
the total liabilities in the balance sheets were amended from $5,531,134 to
$3,896,628 for March 31, 2010 and the contributed surplus in the balance sheets
was amended from $1,848,014 to $1,864,724 for March 31, 2010 and from $1,822,958
to $1,864,724 for December 31, 2009.
